La famille du petit Serge, 2 ans et demi, parle d’un petit miracle. Le 21 juillet dernier, cet enfant, décrit par ses parents comme un petit casse-cou, aurait pu ne jamais fêter son troisième anniversaire. Profitant de quelques secondes d’inattention de la part de ses parents, il a voulu donner à manger à un pigeon par la fenêtre de l’appartement avant de basculer dans le vide…
